Hi there Anna, welcome to planDisney!
You are absolutely allowed to wear your favorite Mickey ears to the Disneyland Resort! There are certain items that are not permitted, but a pair of Mickey ears should not be an issue. I would definitely tuck them away in a backpack or hold onto them tight during some of the more adventurous attractions, you would not want them flying off during the "Wildest Ride in the Wilderness" on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Disneyland Park!
If you're looking to add to your collection of Mickey ears, I highly recommend stopping by the World of Disney store in the Downtown Disney District. They have a whole wall full of ears to browse, and have a huge selection of ears inspired by your favorite characters. My personal favorites are the Marvel superhero inspired ears, who doesn't want to feel like a Superhero?
I hope this information is helpful for you Anna, and you're sporting your ears around the "Happiest Place on Earth" soon. If you have any other questions, please come back to planDisney!
