    You can make balance enquiry and operate the designated accounts such as savings account , current account, and time deposit.

  • How to log on to Corporate Internet Banking Services after registration?

    You can simply enter your Corporate Internet Banking Number, User Number, Username, Password and One-time Password in order to log on to the services. For details, please refer to " First-time Logon Demo"。

  • Can I change my Logon Name and Password?

    Yes. You can change your Logon Name and Password via "Change User Name" and " Change Password" functions.

  • Will my company still receive physical statements after registering for e-Statement service?

    Yes, your company will still receive physical statements after registering for e-Statement service.

  • How long will past e-Statements be retained?

    You can view e-Statements or e-Advice via "Corporate Internet Banking - Statement/Advice Enquiry" for a maximum period of 7 years statements from the statement date.

  • Can I terminate my Corporate Internet Banking service but still retain my existing account(s)?

    Yes, please fill in the "Application for Termination of Corporate Internet Banking Services" and return to our bank for further processing.
