Overview
In Abyss World, Accessories are cosmetic items unique to the game that can be either earned or found. Players can equip up to 4 cosmetics at once, and while most of them can overlap, players are unable to wear multiple Tail-type accessories or multiple Wing-type accessories at the same time. Most accessories have cloth physics that enable a flowing movement when the player moves (which can also be disabled via a setting). The types of accessories and accessories themselves can be seen below.
- Challenge Rewards: An accessory that is given for completing 5/5 challenges for its respective checkpoint.
- Hidden Accessories: Hidden somewhere on the map, typically denoted by a small ivory lotus. Reaching the location in question (while alive) automatically grants the accessory.
- Miscellaneous: Either still-available or unavailable accessories that are obtained via unique or miscellaneous methods.

Accessory | Where to find | Location |
---|---|---|
Starting at Checkpoint 5, face backwards and exit the building, immediately turning left. Jump up onto the tree ahead of you, turn right, and continue along the branches. The Ivory Lotus containing Bat Wings should be visible on the cliff on the right. | ||
Starting at Checkpoint 7, continue through the checkpoint like normal until you reach the Cardinal Spire (tall tower). Once you climb to the top, instead of going down the rope, climb up the rope and jump on to the brown/bronze parts that the rope hangs from. if done correctly, you can then jump onto one of the brown/bronze 'strands', allowing for an angle to jump up to the green part of the 'rose' at the top. Jumping onto the top-most block of the 'rose' grants the Butterfly Wings, making it the only hidden accessory without an Ivory Lotus to denote its location. | ||
Starting at Checkpoint 0, go backwards into the Temple, climb up into the attic via the back-most wall (that has ledges on it), and then proceed to the front of the building. Before jumping across the gap, look down immediately in front of you and the Ivory Lotus containing the Dragon Wings should be right at your feet. | ||
Starting at checkpoint 4, continue through the checkpoint until you reach the large wall near the start. Climb to the top of the wall, then climb above the trees beyond the wall. The Ivory Lotus containing Demon Tail (Black) should be easily visible on one of the trees. | ||
Starting at checkpoint 0 and facing checkpoint 1, jump off the first ledge and walk until the next ledge. Instead of jumping off again, turn right and walk to the ledge facing the void. There should be a floating island across the gap. Performing a small jump should get you to the island with a sliver of health remaining. Proceed to the top of the island and the Ivory Lotus containing Demon Tail (White) is within one of the tall towers. | ||
Starting at checkpoint 14, proceed to the World Gate and then climb to the top of the World Tree. This can be done by beginning at the front-right corner of the tree and using the branches to reach the upper area. While the accessory is on the highest point of the World Tree, it can only be reached by climbing the major branch to the left of the branch the accessory is on, then jumping to the nearby rope to climb up. There should then be two more ropes to climb up before reaching the Ivory Lotus containing the Ugly Tree. |
