Aimee^{[citation needed]} (born: December 11, 2001 [age 22]),^[3] better known online as Aimsey (stylized as aimsey, also known as aimseytv, formerly toadallyaimee), is a Welsh^{[citation needed]} YouTuber, Twitch streamer, and TikToker known for their Minecraft streams and collaborations.

They were a member of the (now-defunct) BearSMP Minecraft server, along with Tubbo and Billzo, who they frequently collaborate with, and the Dream SMP. Apart from being major part of those SMPs, they were also apart of the OneTry SMP.^{[citation needed]}

They first rose to fame on TikTok, where they currently have 3M followers.^{[citation needed]}

Personal life[]

Aimee was born on December 11, 2001 in Wales. They used to live in Swansea, Wales. As a child, they acted in TV shows such as Casualty and Torchwood: Children of Earth.^[4] They identify as lesbian.^[5]

They used to date Serena, known online as Saladserns, and the pair lived together for 2 years.^[6] They broke up in March 2022, citing personal struggles, but saying that they will remain best friends.^[7]

On January 1, 2023, they announced they were dating fellow YouTuber and streamer Guqqie.^[8][9]

They currently live in Brighton, England as of April 2022.^[1]

History[]

They started streaming in 2019 under the name toadallyaimee, playing Toontown and Roblox. After a hiatus in April 2020, they decided to rebrand to aimsey and began streaming Minecraft. They joined the BearSMP on June 9, 2021 until it became a defunct server on December 2021.^[10]

After the BearSMP got discontinued, they joined the BubbSMP, a Minecraft Modpack server alongside other more members of the BearSMP, plus Serena. They also joined the TommySMP with Billzo and the Big Dig SMP.^{[citation needed]}

They joined the Dream SMP on March 16, 2022 alongside SeaPeeKay and has been part of it until November 13, 2022. They later have founded a server with Guqqie named Conclusions SMP.^{[citation needed]}

OC/brand[]

Finn OC/brand (June 2020 - November 2021)[]

Few months after rebranding, it is speculated that they has been using their brand as Finn from Adventure Time. The OC/brand ended on November 2021 when they returned to the Beanie OC.^{[citation needed]}

Beanie OC/brand (2019 - June 2020; November 2021 - Present)[]

They used to have the Beanie on their OC as toadallyaimee in 2019. However, it ended on June 2020 but returned in November 2021. It is also known as their new OC as their beanie on their profile picture is back.^{[citation needed]}

MC Championship[]

MC Championship is a Minecraft Tournament for YouTubers and streamers run by the Noxcrew, in which 10 teams of four compete in a series of 8 minigames decided by the participants. A point multiplier makes each game worth more as each round passes, incentivizing teams to vote for games they might be bad at early on in the event. In the end, the two teams with the most points face off in a round of ‘Dodgebolt’ to decide the winner of the tournament. This makes it possible for a team to win despite potentially having fewer points than the runner-up.

MCC Rising was an event organised by the Noxcrew that took place on October 2, 2021, in order to give smaller "rising" streamers a chance to play. Creators of all sizes were invited to apply for the event, the only requirements being that they didn't already play in the main event and that they were able to stream it. They competed in MCC Pride 2022, along with making a joke about them not joining in the event. They then joined the regular roster during MCC23 (specifically joining as the fourth non-canon player to join canon events, after playing in non-canon events before).

• MC Championship Pride 2022: Team Cyan Coyotes. Teamed with 5up, Tubbo and vGumiho. Placed 16th individual and their team placed 5th overall.
• MC Championship 23: Team Pink Parrots. Teamed with Ranboo, Wilbur Soot and Blushi. Placed 39th individual and their team placed 10th overall.
• MC Championship 24: Team Cyan Coyotes. Teamed with Hannahxxrose, Jojosolos and PearlescentMoon. Placed 37th individual scoring coins, and their team scoring 17,206 coins and getting 4th.
• MC Championship 25: Team Orange Ocelots. Teamed with Hannahxxrose, Velvet, and 5up. Placed 28th individual scoring 1,583 coins, their team scoring 15,308 coins and getting 8th.
• MC Championship 32: Team Red Rabbits. Teamed with Antfrost, GoodTimesWithScar, and Ranboo. Placed 29th individual scoring 1,683 coins, their team scoring 19,191 coins and getting 1st. ^{[citation needed]}

They own the server MisfitsCraft with Misfits Gaming and their best friend Serena is the Minecraft Manager for the group.^{[citation needed]}

On November 22, 2021, Aimsey and Serena went to Los Angeles, California with Badlinu and they stayed with Tubbo, Ranboo and Billzo.^[11] On December 1, 2021, they also went with the group to Miami, Florida on a private jet.^[12] They left America on December 16, 2021.^[13]

Brighton[]

On March 18, 2022, they met up with Ranboo, Guqqie and Frognaut in Brighton. They also met up with MaxGGs, OwengeJuiceTV, Bekyamon, Highkeyhateme and Badlinu. They returned to Wales on March 25 and plan to move to Brighton later this year.^[14]

They announced on their stream that they moved in Brighton on April 15, 2022 and borrowed Ranboo's setup until they had internet in their apartment.^[1][15]
