Is 4T ready to play? I heard about some minor injury during VTV
It’s been a weird situation. She didn’t play for PFU BlueCats for a few months due to an unknown injury. Last week, Vietnamese doctors examined her injury and declared it’s just a minor knee injury that would take ~2 weeks to heal. She won’t likely appear in all of the group matches in AVC Challenge Cup but maybe she’ll be ready for the final matches. Honestly unless Kazakhstan comes in with absolute gunfire, VN doesn’t really need 4T.
In the most recent clips of their practice, OP Kieu Trinh played OH (mostly to strengthen the passing), Bich Tuyen played OP where she excels. The other OHs Tu Linh (for passing & floor defense) and Nhu Quynh (known for her powerful attacks, serves, and back row hits) will fill in the gaps as needed. Both setters recently sustained minor injuries but Oanh seems to be the main setter as always.
MB Hien is at her peak in recent tournaments so you may see more MB actions from Vietnam and maybe less of the usual right wing attack combinations now that Trinh switches to OH.

I couldn’t find an official website of the Mongolian League...
There is some information here:
https://www.facebook.com/mongolianvolleyballassociation
and YouTube has some matches, but they’re all in Mongolian Language

I think she's done with the NT. Just doing podcasts and teaching now, or something

Australia defeated Chinese Taipei with 3-1. In light of previous years results its a quite sensational outcome. Do you know if CT matched their best squad in this game?

CT sent their u20 team. The Australian players, who are also quite young, are taller and better at blocking. Stats for blocking was AUS 15-1 CT. The other stats were closer between the teams.
