Quick Links Home Cultural Display Food Vendor Entertainment Participant Application Rules and Regulations Applications must be completed and submitted no later than Monday July 1, 2024. Decisions will be based on a completed application, entries that exemplify the traditional/ethnic arts, quality craftsmanship, ethnicity, and any previous festival participation.Any and all fees associated with participation must be paid no later than Wednesday July 3, 2024. Failure to submit the required fees by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of acceptance. Assignment of all booth space is final. The festival begins Saturday, July 13 at 12:00pm. Exhibitors should arrive and check-in at the information booth at least 90 minutes (10:30am) prior to the beginning of the festival. Vendors/Exhibitors are expected to stay until close of the festival (8:00pm). Driving or parking on the grass to set-up is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors are responsible for transporting their items into the event. Only items listed/approved may be displayed/sold at the festival.
