Best neighbourhood for families in LA. Truly have never not felt safe and welcome. Great hiking parks and schools.

Nice area but very expensive, a bit boring. Weirdly caucasian in an area that otherwise pretty diverse.

Full of rich, snobby, and fake people. No matter how rich this neighborhood is. There is no sense of spirit, but very materialistic and miserable folks who tried to act like they’re so special. Yet, there is noticeably higher suicide rate. Oh and there is not enough diversity.
