Will Fortnite refund everything? ›

What items can I refund? Any Fortnite Item Shop purchase made with V-Bucks, with the exception of the Level Up Quest Pack and any Gifts sent to friends. Please take a look at this article for more information on how you can refund your Item Shop purchase.

If you are a Fortnite gamer in the U.S. who was charged for unwanted purchases, apply for a refund online at www.fortniterefund.com/file-a-claim. The deadline has been extended to February 29, 2024. You must be at least 18 to complete a claim form.

For self-refunded games or refunds requested from Player Support, refunds may take 3-14 business days to return to your account depending on the type of payment method you used. If you have not received a refund after this time period, please contact your payment method provider as they will be able to assist.

Offers that include virtual currency, consumables, and offers marked “non-refundable” are not eligible for refund. Most in-app purchases are non-refundable. You will not be eligible for refunds for games or products from which you have been banned or for which you have otherwise violated the terms of service.

The second option is to contact Microsoft support to cancel and request a full refund of your Fortnite Crew purchase. If granted, this option removes Fortnite Crew content from your account, including 1,000 V-Bucks or the items purchased with them and any monthly Crew Packs.

Returning Purchases

These purchases can be returned for up to 30 days. Each account is initially granted 3 Return Tickets. Once you've used a Return Ticket, you will receive another Return Ticket 365 days following the addition of the most recent Return Ticket to your account.

You can cancel in-game cosmetic purchases made with V-Bucks until you equip the item during gameplay or until 24 hours go by, whichever comes first. You'll also see a reminder of this policy before you equip the item within the 24-hour cancellation window while in a matchmaking state or while in game.

A ticketless refund lets you return a purchase and have your V-Bucks returned to you without using a Return Ticket. This also allows you to return the eligible purchase even if you do not have any Return Tickets available. Ticketless Returns are not available by request and are only available for specific items.
