How do I know if I can sell my tickets?
To find out if your tickets are eligible for resale, follow these steps:
- Sign into your My Account.
- Tap Sell and Sell Your Tickets.
- If you receive a message that the Event Organizer hasn’t activated resale, your tickets aren’t eligible for resale or Ticketmaster isn’t the primary ticket provider.
- Sign into your My Account.
- Select your order in the My Tickets section.
- Click the Sell Tickets button.
- If you receive a message that the Event Organizer hasn’t activated resale, your tickets aren’t eligible for resale or Ticketmaster isn’t the primary ticket provider.
If someone has made an offer on your tickets, you may be able to sell your tickets today. Visit our FAQ What does it mean to accept an offer when selling my tickets? for more information.
In order to resell your tickets for events in the U.S., you must have a U.S. bank account.
