You cannot skip missions, but can retry and complete them as many times as you like.
If you are having trouble completing a mission, we suggest trying a different type of weapon (even if a mission suggest specific one) and / or vehicle. Make sure you have enough Health Packs and Bulletproof Vests, upgrade items you own as well as main character's skills for maximum efficiency. And help yourself by activating Boosters and Drones!
