Jean Baptiste 'JB' Williams is a young gang member in Turk's crew. He joined the gang after his sister was murdered in a gang shooting. When Turk and his boys took over Firehouse 51 while ducking a drive-by hit during a turf war, he was ordered to watch Stella Kidd and make sure she helped to keep Akeil, who was wounded in the hit, alive. When SWAT surrounded the firehouse, his mother, Danika, attempted to reach out to him. When Turk ordered him and Boden into the firetruck, JB attempted to disarm Turk. He managed to get Turk arrested, but the gun went off and ricocheted into his neck. Dawson and Brett were able to save his life as he was transported to Chicago Med.
