One of the best parts of visiting Disney World is seeing the fireworks! It’s basically the perfect way to end a night in the parks.
You can currently catch fireworks shows in EPCOT and Magic Kingdom, with Disney Enchantment being Magic Kingdom’s current fireworks show. If seeing fireworks in Disney World is really important to you, knowing the performance times is KEY, and October visitors might want to know how Enchantment showtimes are changing soon.
Starting soon, the Disney Enchantment fireworks will be moving to an earlier showtime in Magic Kingdom. The fireworks typically begin around 9PM, but beginning October 17th, performances are changing to8:15PM.
According to Disney World’s calendar, Disney Enchantment will be shown at 8:15PM from October 17th to the 29th, which is currently as far as Disney World’s calendar displays. We’ll be checking for more showtimes as soon as more dates are revealed.

Magic Kingdom has fireworks every night of the year. Most of the time they are free with your park admission. However, there are a few nights in the fall and winter where you'll need a special ticket.
Starting March 10th, 2024, Happily Ever After, Magic Kingdom's fireworks show, will start at 8:30PM! Currently, Happily Ever After has a showtime of 8PM, so the adjustment is only a 30-minute difference which would make sense with Daylight Savings coming up, meaning it'll get darker later on in the parks.
We also cover what's happening at Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. October is when fall crowds start accelerating due to it being the main month of Halloween, school fall breaks, plus conventions and other group events.
Here, Guests can enjoy the nighttime fireworks show EPCOT Forever! The sky will come to life at 9:00 PM on the nights you will be visiting! Despite the name, this show will not actually last, well, forever. This fall is the last chance to enjoy this show.
So for all of the schedule that Disney has published to date for October, the fireworks show on evenings when the Magic Kingdom is not hosting Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, the fireworks are at 8:00 p.m. On those special event evenings, instead of the Happily Ever After show, there is Disney's Not-So-Spooky ...
October is one of the least-busy times of the year at Disney World. Crowd levels are typically Fair (2/5) throughout the month. Magic Kingdom will be busiest on nights when Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is scheduled.
As long as the weather cooperates and there are no refurbishments being performed, the nighttime spectaculars at both Magic Kingdom Park and EPCOT take place nightly. Depending on the season, the timing may change, but the times of the shows are listed on the calendar.
October. October is perhaps the best time of year to go to Disney World. The crowds range from light to low-moderate, and the weather is gorgeous. No siestas necessary for this month.
This month is slightly less crowded than October and December, which means a less hectic experience in the parks overall. The exception to this is the week of Thanksgiving, when the parks will see very high traffic (but still not as high as the week of Christmas).
Separate admission is required for Disney After Hours at EPCOT. Tickets are valid only for the selected date and specific event hours from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am. Early access to EPCOT begins at 7:00 pm, and no additional park reservation or ticket is needed.
Still, as a temporary show, and one that's replacing the classic IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, we think Epcot Forever's visual effects alone make the show worth staying for.

Some evenings it is held at 7:30 PM, while it is held at 9:00 PM on other nights. And, on select nights the show is held twice! Once at 7:30 and again at 9:00 PM! Arthur, you can easily find the starting times for each fireworks show by clicking on the three links that I provided in this answer!
