Saitama is a limitless gag charecter. Definitely not. This is the most ridiculous argument ever, and no one with a functioning brain would utter something so ridiculous. Saitama has revealed a number of limitations in terms of what he can and cannot do, like his inability to fly, his exhaustion after running about a city all day, and his strength restrictions on various occasions. He can’t travel through time or create universes, so how can he be limitless? Anyway, I’ll just end this pathetic debate with proof from Murata himself:-

If Saitama is truly limitless, he could defeat anyone, but Murata stated that he doesn’t know, implying that he is aware that SAITAMA IS NOT LIMITLESS.

And if you think he’s simply being modest, consider the following:

Why would Saitama need to go beyond a limit if he is boundless already? SAITAMA IS NOT LIMITLESS, is the answer.

Saitama would not say that someone could be stronger than him if he was truly infinite. However, Saitama is indicating that someone could be stronger than him, implying that he is not limitless.

SAITAMA IS NOT EXTREMELY LIMITLESS.

2. Saitama has infinite power because he broke all of his limiter. No, he has limitless POTENTIAL. A human’s ability to expand is limited by the Limiter. Saitama removes that restriction, implying that he has removed a limit to his ability to grow, or in other words, a limit to his potential.

3. Saitama can one punch anything because he the one punch man. TRASH. So Vegeta throws a Big Bang at you when he yells ‘Big Bang Attack,’ huh? Or, if Vegeta yells ‘Final Flash,’ it will be the last thing you see, regardless of your abilities, huh? Perfect Cell, on the other hand, disagrees. Because his name includes the word ‘Omni,’ he is also known as the King of Saitama and other works of fiction.

Furthermore, Saitama can only one-shot weak characters like the various monsters he has encountered. Saitama has to start attempting when characters reach the planetary levels of power. This is first demonstrated in the fight between Saitama and Lord Boros, in which Lord Boros survives multiple regular blows to the chest without having to regenerate. Saitama felt it was necessary to employ a Serious Punch to deflect Boros’s planet buster attack—after all, if he could finish Boros with one punch, why opt for a Serious Punch? And it doesn’t matter; if Saitama’s storey and power are that he can One Punch anyone whenever he wants, Orichi should have died when Saitama wanted to kill him. But Orichi survived, implying that SAITAMA CANNOT PUNCH ANYONE HE WISHES. As a result, the so-called “Saitama’s power to one-shot whomever he wants” has been DEBUNKED BY THE MANGA ITSELF- BY ONE AND MURATA.

If you’re still on the fence, let me explain how ridiculous this argument is.

This is only available in the OPM Universe. Because his creators have jurisdiction in his own fictitious verse, Saitama may defeat anyone there.

Burns is a character I created recently. He is capable of writing fiction on his own. That is all there is to it. He is capable of writing fiction on his own. There aren’t any notable achievements. However, if you insist on acting like an idiot and adopting that logic, here is my counter-argument:

– The goal of Goku’s narrator is to defy all odds, push above his boundaries, and get the last laugh. The last laugh is the victor in a combat between fictional characters from separate fictional universes, and Goku wins this battle as well.

And there’s more. Even if “Saitama can defeat anyone with one punch” is included, Saitama still loses because he is far slower than Goku. Saitama will be unable to complete a single thought if Goku eats his dinner.

5. Because Saitama has an endless growth potential, he will eventually be able to overcome Krillin. This is the one and only reasonable point I’ve received from an OPM supporter. However, by the end of TOP, Krillin is on the level of a Solar System, whereas Saitama would be on the level of a Multi-Star with the BENEFIT OF DOUBT AND WANK. Saitama, on the other hand, is faster than light. Goku was also quicker than light in the Saiyan Saga, so image Goku now.

The result of this argument is that Saitama must demonstrate his level in comparison to Goku.

6. Saitama is a gag charecter. NO. Saitama isn’t a slapstick figure. A gag character is a figure who is capable of defying logic and following norms in order to make a joke or provide comic relief. For instance, Arale slicing the Earth in half or cracking the sun like an egg shell, Bugs Bunny transcending his own TV show and becoming the artist himself, or Spongebob setting fire to water. Saitama has never shown anything like this before. To summarise, Saitama is not a wacky character who can’t do whatever he wants but does have well-defined abilities (Super strength and speed).

In reality, Goku is a funnier character than Saitama since he has a joke ability.

And don’t say anything like, “The creators said Saitama is a gag character.” It’s not my fault that they have no idea what gag is. Half of the folks I’ve met believe that every joke is a gag and have no idea what the difference is between a gag and a parody. A joke is a parody, whereas a gag is an absurd joke that defies logic. Because Saitama lacks any comedic abilities, he is not a comedic character.

It also doesn’t matter if you’re playing a joke character. When it comes to wars between fictitious verses, gags are meaningless. This is because a gag is simply an author’s joke that is only relevant to HIS UNIVERSE, because that is where the Author has the right to make the joke, and that is where he has authority. The author’s gag is an illogical joke. That joke doesn’t exist in a combat between characters from separate fictitious universes because the author has no authority to create it.
