Epcot is traditionally known as the more adult themed Disney park. As such you will see high crowds on the weekends and the days leading up to it. Many locals like to go to Epcot on the weekends to enjoy festivals and drinks leading to these higher crowds.

This is usually due to the fact that Animal Kingdom closes earlier than the other parks and does not have as many attractions, although the attractions that it does have are pretty great.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom is the park to flock to on any day of the week, including weekends. You won’t see too much of a difference in the crowds and waits here other than a slight increase in waits on weekends.
