Wildwoods Boardwalk has always been the center of activity. The Wildwood Boardwalk features several amusem*nt parks and shops, most notably three piers collectively known as Morey's Piers. Due to the distance of the ocean from the boardwalk, the beach is home to many sporting events, concerts, and monster truck rallies in view of the boardwalk.
The Wildwoods’ award-winning Boardwalk features 38 blocks packed end to end with shops, waterparks, eateries, entertainment and amusem*nt piers with over 100 rides and attractions. The sights, the sounds and the smells of the Wildwoods Boardwalk are just pure sensory overload! Day or night, whether you’re out for a morning bike ride, taking in the carnival-like atmosphere or simply out for a stroll enjoying the refreshing salt air, there’s always something happening.
Opening Hours:
The Boardwalk is open year round and can be visited at any time of the day or night, any day of the year. However, most of the shops, do close after Labor Day weekend.
90% of the businesses on the boardwalk close in November through all of March, opening around Easter Weekend, then sporadically opening weekends until Memorial Day Weekend.
In season (June through September), most stores are open by 10 a.m. Many stores, such as eateries and those offering sundries and clothes, open much earlier — as early as 6 or 7 a.m
