Is Zoro actually from Wano?
Since it has been confirmed that Zoro is Shimotsuki Ushimaru's descendant it also confirms that he is also a legitimate descendant of the legendary samurai of Wano country who is also known as the God of Blade, Shimotsuki Ryuma.
Following the events of One Piece's Wano Arc, Zoro improved his skills on a whole different stage, far surpassing the Commander-level. Zoro's feat is immensely better than even the captain's! He and Luffy later fought alongside Kid, Killer, and Law in a heated battle against Kaido and Big Mom.
With Zoro's recent awakening of standard and Advanced Conqueror's Haki, the Straw Hat Swordsman has vaulted his way into being one of the One Piece world's strongest characters. Now amongst the ranks of his captain Luffy and the four Yonko, Zoro can defeat almost anyone in the series.
Yes, Zoro has no Dark Blade yet. He just learnt Advanced armament so it's probably not on mihawk's level yet. And so is his advanced observation. So Mihawk and Zoro still probably have a slightly wide gap in strength.
Roronoa Arashi is confirmed to be the father of our beloved swordsman, Roronoa Zoro.
Zorro shares his lineage with the legendary swordsman of Wano Country, Shimotsuki Ryuma. Fans know Ryuma from the Thriller Bark arc, where it was revealed that Moria had stolen the corpse of the legendary samurai and reanimated it with Brook's shadow.
Quite easily one of the toughest battles that Zoro has been in is the one that he fought against Dracule Mihawk, the man who currently holds the title of the World's Strongest Swordsman. Zoro challenged him during the Baratie arc and found out the gulf of power between him and the World's Strongest Swordsman.
Usopp After Wano
Usopp remains to be the weakest member of the Straw Hat Pirates. In Wano, the vast majority of the members of the Straw Hat crew received good power-ups. However, Usopp was one of the members who did not receive any power-up and thus is lagging behind.
As such, the green-haired pirate acts as the crew's first mate, while Sanji is the group's cook, as well as the third strongest member. The fact that Zoro is overall stronger than the blond cook and a more powerful fighter than him is universally acknowledged.
Haki. He is proficient in both Armament and Observation Haki, as well as one of the few known characters who possess Conquerors Haki.
Who is stronger Zoro or Yoriichi?
FourLeafCloverz. Zoro has the AP and lifting strength advantage, but Yoriichi is arguably more skilled, at least compared to an East Blue Zoro.
Sasuke is in his prime and at the peak of his physical prowess whereas Zoro still has to reach his maximum. If they fight now, Sasuke would certainly win this battle, there's no doubt about it.
Zoro wasn't strong enough to fight Lucci in the Enies Lobby arc, but a lot has changed over the years. Now that he has figured out a way to incorporate Haoshoku Haki into his sword attacks, he is a lethal force to be dealt with.
7 Would Lose To: Zoro Is More Than Capable Of Ripping Doflamingo Apart. Doflamingo may have superhuman durability even without armament haki, but Zoro possesses the means of breaking him. During the Dressrosa campaign, Zoro proved deadly enough to slice through a mountain-sized Pica in a single motion.
Wano Country Arc
Due to his possession of the sword, Zoro was accused of being behind a series of attacks and was sentenced to commit seppuku, while Toyama Tsujigiro, a corrupt magistrate, took Shusui for himself. Zoro managed to identify the magistrate as the real culprit and struck him down, regaining Shusui.
Roronoa zoro's current love is only his swords and his sword style. But in series it has been observed that he is interested in tashigi because of his similarity to his childhood friend kuina. It may be interesting to see their love story.
Oni. The Oni are a rather mysterious race, as almost nothing is known about them. They haven't been officially introduced in the series yet, but there is no doubt that they will be confirmed as a separate race sooner rather than later. There are two known members of this race: Kaido and Yamato.
At this moment, Roronoa Zoro does not have a love interest. As a child, he was very close to Shimotsuki Kuina, but she died, and it is not known whether he liked her or not.
Oda has confirmed where the Straw-hat Pirates would be from if they live in the real world. Luffy would be from Brazil. Zoro would be from Japan. Nami would be from Norway.
Born in the East Blue, Zoro is the son of Tera and Roronoa Arashi, the grandson of Shimotsuki Furiko and Roronoa Pinzoro, and the grandnephew of Shimotsuki Ushimaru, making him a descendant of both the Shimotsuki Family of Wano Country and the legendary samurai, Shimotsuki Ryuma.
What is Zoro's demon called?
Just as Luffy powered up by creating Gear Second and Gear Third to take down Lucci, and Sanji tapped into the hellish flames of Diable Jambe, Zoro tapped into the power of the demon spirit Asura.
Enma is the strongest sword possessed by Zoro of the Straw Hat Pirates right now. What is Zoro's weakest sword? Sandai Kitetsu has to be the weakest sword Zoro has used until now in the One Piece manga and anime.
Being of the lowest grade of the three swords, Sandai Kitetsu is the weakest of all the Kitetsu swords. Its name also indicates it was the last of the three to be made. The panel of Zoro keeping Sandai Kitetsu in the manga is extremely similar to that of Zoro keeping Enma.
Kaido is one of the best fights that fans have seen in One Piece over the years, if not the best. The fight is, undoubtedly, the most difficult one that Luffy has fought so far. Kaido managed to defeat Luffy three times. For the first time, Luffy faced defeat against him Kuri and was thrown in prison.
- 8 Brook.
- 7 Franky.
- 6 Tony Tony Chopper.
- 5 Nico Robin.
- 4 Jinbe.
- 3 Sanji.
- 2 Zoro.
- 1 Monkey D. Luffy.
Nami fought Ulti in the Wano Country arc and the two clashed on a few occasions. Although Nami successfully landed a couple of blows on her, it wasn't until she got her hand on Zeus that she finally defeated her.
The final member of the Straw Hat Pirates may not be who One Piece fans were expecting. Dr. Vegapunk, the genius scientist responsible for the most advanced inventions in the world of One Piece, is on the run from the World Government and has asked Luffy to take him on his ship.
But where most of his companions are at least somewhat superhuman due to eating a Devil Fruit, Zoro is just a regular combatant. Sasuke's talent, training, and Sharingan would probably be enough to overpower him, especially since Zoro gets disoriented easily.
As the second-in-command of the Revolutionary Army, Sabo's strength can only be matched by a few characters in the series. Zoro, while strong, isn't at that level yet and would need at least until the end of Wano to be close to, or as strong as Sabo.
However, he is currently at a disadvantage against Zoro. For some reason, Crocodile has yet to demonstrate any usage of Haki techniques. This is a basic necessity among the strongest One Piece characters. To further prove this point, Zoro can use Haki to bypass the Logia effect of Crocodile's fruit.
Conqueror's Haki is the rarest among the three haki types and only one in a million in the One Piece world is born with this superhuman power.
Zoro can eat 3 devil fruits.
Zoro can't directly kill Muzan, his attacks are orders of magnitude stronger than Muzan's building busters attacks, but he can't kill him due to his immortality. BUT!
The actual question should be: Does the hashira stand a chance? Cause no, the hashira don't stand a chance against zoro, there strong, but not that strong. Heck, you could even put 932473984732894 muzans and yoriichis and zoro would still solo.
Zoro easily. Tanjiro can cut a stone in half but Zoro can literally do the same but with 100 times bigger things. There is just no way Tanjiro can beat him.
Kakashi is my boy and all, but he sadly isn't a match for post-timeskip Zoro. Zoro is comparable in speed, outclasses him in destructive potential, attacks, stamina and sheer durability. Armament Haki just adds a whole new level of shenanigans to deal with.
Taking Naruto's different Modes into consideration, he'd be the clear winner during a battle with Luffy. It's likely that Naruto would be stronger and more powerful than anything Luffy has ever had to face in the world of One Piece, with Luffy's current Gear 5 paling in comparison.
Sadly enough, Zoro would have trouble fighting Naruto's most powerful Uchiha due to the Sharingan. Madara would avoid Zoro's attacks without even breaking a sweat, ending the fight only with a few hits.
Zoro would most likely win if he used his full power but based on what we have seen from both them so far I'll say Trafalgar Law would win. From what we've seen from the ope ope fruit it is really power and I don't really think Zoro can beat him with the ability he has.
Can Wano Zoro beat Big Mom?
Can Zoro beat Big Mom and Kaido? He'd lose in 1v1 against any of them, and would get no diffed by the two. Zoro's strong, but not on that level.
Zoro is superior to Kidd or Law. He physically stronger, faster, better Haki, better swordsmanship than Law. Law's tactical skills and Devil Fruit powers could help him take Zoro off guard, but the latter is tough enough to endure at least one Shock Wille.
Pitted Against The Navy's Strongest
In this case, it is safe to say that with further mastery of Gear 5, to negate its drawbacks, as well as a bit more proficiency in his use of Conqueror's Haki-infused attacks, Luffy should be able to defeat the two Admirals by the end of the story.
While the series has implied on multiple occasions that Zoro can take more of a beating than Sanji could, since his Germa 66 enhancements awakened, it's become significantly harder to hurt Sanji. When it comes to fighting style, they seem to be rather even, but Zoro manages to pull ahead.
The main difference is that Marco can regenerate himself. Zoro does have the ability to cut through fire now, which should help him greatly. He can also infuse his attacks with Conqueror's Haki. If he dealt the same finishing blow to Marco like he did to King, the match would be over.
It would mean that Enma is technically a grade better than Shusui, the Shusui only being O Wazamono because it was blackened. This would explain why Enma is stronger, despite also being O Wazamono. Enma reached O Wazamono grade before being blackened and is actually a Saijo O Wazamono grade when blackened.
When Does Zoro Lose His Eye? Zoro lost his eye during the pivotal two-year time skip, a significant period depicted in episodes 517 and 518 of the highly acclaimed One Piece series.
Wado Ichimonji has been Zoro's most iconic weapon since day one. Another one of the 21 Great Grade Meito swords, the sword has become synonymous with the Straw Hat swordsman, coming in handy throughout his many difficult battles. Like his tow unnamed katanas, Wado Ichimonji was crafted by Shimotsuki Kozaburo.
Zoro was born in East Blue. He is from the Shimotsuki Village. Shimotsuki Village is the place of Zoro's dojo where he trained. This village was founded by pirates 55 years ago.
Zorro hails from a small village in the East Blue known as Shimotsuki village. This village was founded by none other than a member of the Shimotsuki Clan from the land of Wano. According to Oda, a member of this clan, namely Shimotsuki Kozaburo departed illegally from the land of Wano and settled in the East Blue.
What is Zoro's nationality?
Zoro would be from Japan. Nami would be from Norway. Usopp would be from South Africa. Sanji would be from France.
Portrayals. Christopher Sabat voiced Roronoa Zoro in the Funimation English dub of the series. In the original Japanese version of the One Piece anime series, Zoro is voiced by Kazuya Nakai as an adult and Megumi Urawa as a child.
Zorro, whose name in Spanish means “fox,” was likely based on Mexican folktales of a noble bandit who fought on behalf of the peasantry and indigenous peoples.
While Luffy is truly an icon in his own right, the character actually seems strongly inspired by Dragon Ball's Son Goku (the archetypal shounen hero with some hidden depths). Goku, in turn, was seemingly based on Sun Wukong from Journey to the West, a 16th century Chinese novel by Wu Cheng'en.
The character was created by American pulp writer Johnston McCulley in 1919. Zorro's true identity is Don Diego de la Vega, a nobleman who defends the oppressed against corrupt officials and other villains. Zorro was a criollo Mexican, a Spaniard who was born in the viceroyalty of New Spain.
Oda revealed Sanji's real-world nationality would be a Frenchman, in contrast to the Nazi Germany themes of Germa 66.
Roronoa Zoro, also known as "Pirate Hunter" Zoro, is a main combatant of the Straw Hat Pirates, one of their two swordsmen, one of the Senior Officers of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, and is publicly recognized as the right-hand man of his crew's captain Monkey D. Luffy.

Based on their appearances, Oda gave the following as a reply: Monkey D. Luffy: Brazilian. Roronoa Zoro: Japanese.
Who was Zoro in Naruto?
Roronoa Zoro is the swordsman and (unofficially) first mate of the Straw Hat Pirates, wherein he is the most dangerous after his captain Monkey D. Luffy, and one of the top three fighters in the crew as the "Monster Trio". His dream is to become the greatest swordsman in the world.
A headstrong young vastaya of the seas, Nami was the first of the Marai tribe to leave the waves and venture onto dry land, when their ancient accord with the Targonians was broken.
