Tomorrow we start punching out the hard questions like "How do the risk management strategies in your respective industries (agriculture, construction, and mining) differ, and what can these industries learn from each other to enhance safety and efficiency?"Join us tomorrow!https://lnkd.in/gk-4_4qD

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed a recent project on occupational violence and aggression. The findings show (in this organisations environment) we will never eliminate the risk so the recommendations are very much focused on how we minimise violence where possible and when incidents do occur, how we best support our people and learn from these incidents. If this was an area that came up in your pyschosocial risk assessment, drop me a line as I’d love to support you through it!

I am beyond proud to be the APAC Ambassador and media partner for the #mybodymyppe campaign spearheaded by the incredible Amy Roosa. As a plus sized lady, I always struggled to find PPE that fit (nicely) and was kind to a woman's physique. I remember having to just get the mens line of PPE for things like pants and shirts as there was no such thing as plus sized PPE lines for me to choose from. #humiliating to say the least. This campaign encourages you to1 - take the survey so we can truly start to understand the impacts faced by you obtaining the right #ppe for #yourbody2 - share your story! Raise awareness about the lack of access to women's PPE in workplaces, through social media using the hashtag #MyBodyMyPPEWe look forward to sharing results, information and making change across the globe so we can all obtain the right PPE for the job!https://awsam.org/Stacey Head Kym O'Leary
