Minimum Activity Requirements & Annual Review ▼
BODi will perform a review to identify those Partners who would be more appropriately classified as Preferred Customers.
To remain a Partner, one of the below activities is required every 12 months (from the date of your enrollment):
• | One enrollment (Partner or Preferred Customer) |
• | One sale (to Customer or Preferred Customer) that generates personal volume |
If the activity requirement is not met, the Partner account will be reclassified to Preferred Customer. For more information, please see FAQ 4066 |
Partner Tools & Resources ▼
To help Partners manage the addition of Preferred Customers and the Partner activity requirement, we have made updates to The Office and Share-a-Cart. |
See below for a list of all The Office reporting updates: |
Report | What will be Updated |
Orders Report | Personal orders, Personally Sponsored (PS) Partners, PS Preferred Customers (PC), and Customer orders will now all be in one report, organized by ‘tabs’ for each group. If a person changes their account from Partner to PC or PC to Partner, their orders will follow them from tab-to-tab. However, any orders placed as a retail customer will stay in the My Customers tab if they upgrade to PC or Partner. |
My Team | The "Personally Sponsored Partners" report is going to be renamed to "My Team". |
Sponsorship Drilldown | Sponsorship Drilldown Updated with PC information, Partner activity requirement info, easier view of detailed information, and the ability to modify columns! (note: at launch, the modifications to the columns will reset to default whenever you leave the report.) |
Full Genealogy | Updated to show PCs, but only the first name and last initial of a PC is shown to the upline beyond the sponsor. Still at 3 levels deep only. |
Subscription Report | Added tab for PC (so it shows personal subscription orders plus those for PS Partners, PCs, and customers) |
CRM | Updated to include PC information |
Partner / PC Details (across multiple reports) | Updated to show more information |
Share-a-Cart has also been updated and allows a Partner to enroll a customer (new or existing) as a Preferred Customer. |
