Can Giorno really defeat The Part 6 main antagonist?

MiH has infinite speed, so it kills him before GER activates
Not only that but RTZ only works if Giorno or he is harmed. It was confirmed in JOJO-GOGO or jojoveller. Don't remember which one but it said that RTZ only works as an auto-ability. If MIH did his disk move on GER then how does RTZ work? I mean Ger is in the disk by then......I don't see how RTZ works after that. Unless disk takes time to absorb the stand but then again idk. If the disk gets the stand ASAP that yea MIH stomps. If not then Ger wins.
@HAGDJA RTZ can be used on everything that Giorno has knowledge about. It's automatic and it's not required to harm Giorno in order to trigger it. GER wasn't hurt in TE but it got reverted back anyway. There isn't a single source but statements from people like you about GER, everyone can make things up. MiH does not stand a chance while White Snake is inferior. He won't even have the chance to attack him, GER is faster and stronger than WS.
@Hasketos It was confirmed in Jojo-gogo or jojovellar that RTZ only works as an auto ability. Also in TE, KC threw his blood at Ger's eyes so that's why RTZ woked after the TE. The blood was affecting Giorno's vision so RTZ worked after the TE.
@HAGDJA Anybody but Diavolo will remain unconscious in TE, they're out of their sense and RTZ wasn't activated right after KC threw blood at Giorno and GER. He tried to attack Giorno and that was the reason why GER used RTZ. You don't need to harm Giorno, that literally makes RTZ useless if you can hurt him. RTZ will remove cause and effect from the action. Practically rendering everything that goes against Giorno useless. No matter the ability, GER is the strongest canon stand.
K that's a website, not the book. Everything on that website is so false. Like for example "GER is confirmed physically stronger than Stands like Star Platinum and The World." no that was never confirmed. It was actually confirmed that SP and TW are physically the strongest stands alive. In part 6 it was said that SP is the strongest stand alive meaning its physically the best stand. Also, yea that might've been a different book. Also, watch the video. Sorry for the duped Engl btw lol. Anyways look at 1:14 you can see KC throw his blood at Giorno's eyes. And look at 1:48 you can see TE ending before RTZ actually starts working. That would also confirm that RTZ is only an Auto ability. And even if RTZ want auto. SP could still protect himself in the RTZ process. We see KC being able to fight back but didn't matter so rip. Also define what you mean by canon. When you say canon...Do you mean canon stand that currently exist? Because SPOH is canon when it comes to stands, he just doesn't actually exist.
