FPS Counter - Console
As framerates are essentially locked, on console, there is no way for you to see your FPS whilst in-game. For context, previous-gen consoles (PS4/Xbox One) strives for 60 FPS in Warzone 2, whilst new-gen (PS5/Xbox Series) can reach a maximum of 120 FPS if you optimize your visual settings and have a display that supports 120 FPS.
Within the game, head to the "Settings" menu.Click on the "Interface" tab.Move on to the "Telemetry" section.Spot the "Show More" option and flick the switch for the "FPS Counter." A discreet indicator will pop up in the top-left corner of your screen, delivering real-time performance updates.

"cg_drawfps 1" - Displays your FPS (Frames Per Second) in the upper right hand corner. The higher your FPS the smoother the game runs, the lower your FPS the choppier the game runs. In simple mode (1) shows the average and current (low and high) FPS. In Verbose mode (2), additionally shows vertex counts.
Enable an FPS counter using third-party tools and platforms
Select Settings on Windows, or Preferences on Mac. Select In-Game from the options on the left. Click on the In-game FPS counter drop-down menu and choose where you want the counter to appear on your screen.
To view your FPS in Minecraft Java Edition, pull up the debug menu by pressing F3. Your FPS is displayed in the top left corner, one row down. For a more comprehensive reading, or if you are playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition, use third-party FPS monitoring software.
"Ping" is often used synonymously with latency. A ping test is used to measure the latency and determine the time between sending a data package and receiving a response. At best, this time is between 5 and 30 ms. For comparison: A typical blink of the human eye takes between 100 and 150 ms on average.
You can view your Warzone 2 stats via the Combat Record, though you'll only gain access to these statistics after playing at least five games. Load the options menu from Warzone 2's main menu (ESC key for PC players, Options for PlayStation players, and Menu for Xbox users). Head over to the Stats tab.
But most Warzone 2 players don't have an NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPU in the budget or the best graphics card for Warzone 2. Accordingly, it's best for most players to still stick with 1080p resolutions in Warzone 2 to achieve at least 144 FPS in matches.
If you want to hit at least 240 FPS in Warzone 2, you'll need an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 at 2K resolution and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 to do so at 1080p resolution. You're cutting it close with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080ti and wanting to render Warzone 2 at 240+ FPS and 1080p.
