Tickets often have the original buyer's name on them. StubHub is a marketplace for fans to sell to and buy from each other. The ticket is still valid, as the venue only needs the barcode.
Do not try to remove your name from the ticket before selling it on StubHub. This may invalidate the ticket and cause the customer to be turned away at the entrance to the venue. If this occurs, we will cancel the order and charge an administration fee for misdelivery of the transaction. As we announce in our Seller Policy.
