About

Quackity was formerly known for his videos of the now-closed game Toontown Online and its successor, Toontown Rewritten. One of his former profile pictures is reminiscent of his character in the game despite not playing it anymore. He changed it around mid-2019 to a picture of himself.

Quackity used to release Club Penguin videos on two YouTube accounts: one of them was named "DjYeroc123", while the other one remained anonymous for his viewers.

Discord competitions

Quackity has a Discord server with over 400,000 Members, where he sometimes hosts competitions, like Discord's Got Talent, Discord's PhotoShop Hunger Games and more.

Dream SMP

Quackity joined the Dream SMP in August 2020 after TommyInnit suggested that he should be added on the server, he has played crucial part in the server mainly by running as a candidate for presidency of L'Manberg. He made his own political party #SWAG2020 (so we are gamers) with his running mate GeorgeNotFound, together they competed against Wilbur Soot and TommyInnit's political party #POG2020 (politicians of gaming). Later on they had a presidential debate. After that Fundy and Nihachu created their own party #COCONUT2020, Jschlatt also made his own party, #SCHLATT2020. On the day of the elections, #COCONUT2020 got 9% of the votes, #SCHLATT2020 got 16% of the votes, #SWAG2020 got 30% of the votes while #POG2020 got 45% of the votes, however, turns out #SWAG2020 made an agreement with #SCHLATT2020 to pool their votes together no matter what, and formed a coalition government. in the end, #SWAG2020 and #SCHLATT2020 won for having 46% of the votes. Quackity then became the Vice President and had the "fattest ass in the cabinet". After being mistreated by Schlatt for not listening to his opinions, he joined Pogtopia. More information about his involvement in the server can be found in this wiki page.

Controversies

Raids

Shutting Down The Roblox Forums

In spring 2017, the video called, ROBLOX IS SHUTTING DOWN MY CHANNEL, Quackity led a raid to the Roblox forums that led to his account shortly banned. After his account was banned for 3 days, Quackity decided to retaliate and get his audience to raid even more protesting to unban his account. This led Roblox to filter the name, "Quackity", then even IP ban (and terminate) his account. After this, Quackity decided to raid Roblox on twitter which lead later his account to be shortly banned on twitch.

After these events, Roblox had decided to put a 2 year account age filter to prevent raids like these. The Roblox community was not happy with these events as well.

A month later, Roblox removed the filter and the video called, WE SHUT ROBLOX DOWN, Quackity decided to unleash another raid with a bigger audience. Shortly as the raid started, Roblox had already terminated Quackity's alternative account then later directly IP ban him right after. As expected, the Quackity community was raiding the Roblox forums to unban him. Quackity was later testing how fast Roblox would ban his account which took under a minute average.

A roblox admin, InceptionTime, followed Quackity's twitter account to confront him. It is unknown what InceptionTime wanted to confront him about since he later blocked him right after. With the Roblox's subreddit being raided even though Quackity did not have any intent to raid the subreddit.

Roblox later added back the filter for 2 years then shortly after making a filter for 13 years. After these events, it is rumored that Quackity was responsible for shutting down the Roblox forums, but it is unknown for the true reason why Roblox shutted it down.

Shutting Down Club Penguin Island

CLUB PENGUIN ISLAND IS THE WORST GAME EVER, Quackity's first insight on Club Penguin Island playing with his friends. Later, he made a goal of 20,000 likes and he'll do a raid against it. The goal was shortly hit by a month and the raid begun.

THE BEST CLUB PENGUIN ISLAND RAID EVER, the first ever raid started at January was raided with over 8,000 viewers. With the trending hashtag of #BringBackFreeTrials. With Club Penguin later giving a response that the free trials were always there while there we no free trials at all (they were removed when the raid started to prevent raiders from using the Mike Wazowski costumes).

Club Penguin decided to do a huge ban wave across users that were suspected partaking the raid. It is unknown by the amount of users that were banned. Which later begun the next hashtag of #MickeyWillNotDivideUs. Later the first raid was stopped, with the Club Penguin community not happy for the raid aswell.

5 months later a video was made called, CLUB PENGUIN ISLAND REVISITED (RAID), Quackity's second insight on Club Penguin Island playing with his friends again. Quackity's community was begging for another huge raid on the game so this time he made the goal of 100,000 likes and he'll do a raid against it. A month later and the video shortly went through over 100,000 likes which starts the next raid.

THE BIGGEST CLUB PENGUIN RAID EVER, was Quackity's second and final raid on Club Penguin Island. It was ordered to be a yellow colored penguin to resemble as urine to protest for better customizability for users who aren't in the free trial to have pants. With multiple ways of finding to bypass the filter and how the servers were going filled up to the max. The servers eventually broke right after. With trending tweet, #BISSONMICKEY. Club Penguin was not happy with the raid and started doing another ban wave, this time blocking multiple users on twitter aswell.

After these events, Club Penguin Island decided to shut down their game and Quackity made a video about it called, WE SHUT DOWN CLUB PENGUIN ISLAND.

Animal Jam

ANIMAL JAM IS THE WORST GAME EVER (RAID?), Quackity's first insight on the game Animal Jam. One of the most requested to be raided by the community. Quackity decides to leave a huge 300,000 like goal which was shortly hit as well.

THE BIGGEST ANIMAL JAM RAID EVER, Quackity's biggest and last ever raid on a game ever. The Animal Jam team and community were already aware of Quackity's attempts on raiding that the team decided to tell the community not to worry about it happening and it's a safe space to express yourself.

Quackity, the one reading from what the Animal Team said was not happy since when you typed his name it would be completely filtered (and banned) via cannot express liking him. As soon as they went on, the team had already filtered the word, "Quack". Then later the letter, "Q".

With over 47,000 viewers, they raided the chat saying, "Bring Back The Duck", with yellow duck avatars. Even filling up each server possible. Later even bringing the first hashtag of #DuckRights, that hashtag is one of the first tweets to ever manage to trend Worldwide. Animal Jam on twitch managed to be the fifth most viewed game, beating games such as, Dota 2, PUBG, and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive.

Quackity later brought his audience to bypass the word, "piss", through Animal Jam's filters. The team were aware of this and quickly filtered these. Quackity's account was shortly banned through these attempts that the community were spamming, "UNBAN QUANTITY", as a way to say, "QUACKITY", due to Animal Jam already filtering it.

After these attempts, the Animal Jam team had completely IP ban Quackity from the platform. Quackity later decides to bypass using rabb.it to view what's going on. Then later bringing the next hashtag of #PISSONANIMALJAM. This was the next tweet to manage trend worldwide.

After the tweet, Quackity and the community went back to bypass the world, "piss". With again, the Animal Jam team being aware of this and quickly filter them. After those attempts they later brought the last hashtag of #duckYOUanimaljam. This one, unsurprisingly trended worldwide aswell.

The Animal Jam team accepted defeat and unbanned Quackity's IP. Quackity later begun raiding people's dens then figured out there was another chat system in Animal Jam. Telling his audience to spam, "VICTORY ROYALE".

Banned from Discord

On December 31, 2018, while in a call with friends Kwite and Aksually, Alex reported that his account logged out on its own and he was unable to log back in. He didn't make a remark publically until January 13, 2019, and two days later, he uploaded the video "I GOT BANNED FROM DISCORD". In it, he shares portions of an email conversation between himself and a member of Discord's moderation team. The screenshots stated that the ban was put in place after "multiple reports" from Discord users for "violating" Discord's Community Guidelines. At the end of the video, he requested his account to be unbanned, a professional response to his emails requesting server ownership transfer, as well as the need for reviewing the Trust & Safety Team. He urged his followers to use the hashtag for Twitter called #DiscordUnbanQuackity, which temporarily trended worldwide in second place just below #Brexit.

On January 16, 2019, Kwite uploaded the video 'Why QuackityHQ Was Really Banned From Discord' which summarises Quackity's video and repeats the requests Alex made. He also made a follow-up video that Alex was still banned and gave reasoning on why he made the video as well as giving counter-arguments to people who had different opinions, plus highlighting to still tweet the hashtag out.

Friends FPSDiesel and Kappa Kaiju also made videos about the situation, in which they talk about how "the moderator used words he himself didn't understand" and how there's proof the same moderator has been unprofessional and biased in the past. While Kappa didn't mention his name, Diesel did, but that's the only reason behind it.

On January 23, Alex tweeted: '"Discord has seen "I GOT BANNED FROM DISCORD". I just received an email from them with important information. I'll be making a video on this, so PLEASE do NOT tweet the hashtag to Discord anymore. Thank you guys for all the support!"

Just 3 days later he uploaded the video DISCORD RESPONDED TO MY VIDEO, stating that the director of the Trust & Safety Team responded to him in a more formal email. The earlier second reason behind his ban has not been mentioned, proving that the moderator who e-mailed him first indeed had a personal bias for the ban. Nonetheless, his original account is still banned because allegedly, people discussed raids on Discord. However, he was still given his server ownership transfer.

"Leaving" Dream SMP

On August 25, 2021, Quackity announced on a livestream that he would be quitting as non-canon Quackity on the Dream SMP to pursue a career as a lawyer. He clarified that he would continue to stream as canon Quackity on the Dream SMP and also stated that he would still be streaming frequently. He has also appeared as non-canon Quackity on other Dream SMP members' non-canon streams and on his Alt Twitch account.

MC Championship

MC Championship is a Minecraft Tournament for YouTubers and streamers run by the Noxcrew, in which 10 teams of four compete in a series of 8 minigames decided by the participants. A point multiplier makes each game worth more as each round passes, incentivizing teams to vote for games they might be bad at early on in the event. In the end, the two teams with the most points face off in a round of ‘Dodgebolt’ to decide the winner of the tournament. This makes it possible for a team to win despite potentially having fewer points than the runner-up.

  • MC Championship 1-10: Did not participate.
  • MC Championship 11: Team Violet Vampires. Teamed with Fundy, Wilbur Soot and TommyInnit. Placed 30th individual and his team placed 3rd overall.
    • Quackity along with Karl Jacobs - who was on Team Fucshia Frankensteins - are among the highest placing debutants with their teams of all MCCs. With Karl's team winning Dodgebolt and ultimately the tournament and Quackity's team getting 3rd.
      • Individually, Quackity placed 4 places higher than Karl.
    • Wilbur and Tommy mentioned they were predicted by many people on Reddit to place 6th at the highest and last at the lowest since most believed they would throw for content with Quackity playing it for the first time. Basing their predictions on MCC10's Aqua Axolotls - which existed of TommyInnit, Wilbur Soot, Tubbo, and Pokimane.
  • MC Championship 12: Team Red Rabbits. Teamed with Tubbo, TommyInnit, and Wisp. Placed 38th individual and his team placed 9th overall.
  • MC Championship 13: Team Cyan Candy Canes.
  • MC Championship 14: Team Green Guardians.
  • MC Championship 15: Team Red Rabbits
    • Teamed with Dream, Michaelmcchill, and Sapnap. Placed 25th individual and his team placed 1st overall.
    • This is Quackity's first ever MCC team victory.
