You briefly stop the flow of time for everyone but yourself. No time passes for other creatures, while you take 1d4 + 1 turns in a row, during which you can use actions and move as normal.

Freeze time. The power to stop time while still being able to move around normally. Sub-power of Time Manipulation.

Freezing time makes a space to step back and recalibrate and savor, not squander. It's not only handy in times of distress - you can also use these very same steps to freeze moments of joy! Or utterly mundane, wonderfully ordinary times - which, honestly, are the juiciest parts of our lives here on Earth.

Time Manipulation is also known as Chrono Control, Chrono Force, Chronokinesis, Fourth Dimension Manipulation, Temporal Alteration, Temporal Bending, Temporal Control, Temporal Manipulation, Temporal Warping, Time Alteration, Time Bending, Time Control and Time Warping.

After those seconds, the energy of every object will be conserved, the light would also freeze (distance=velocity*time , it doesn't matter what is the speed of light - when no time passes, no distance is traveled), the gravitational field wouldn't change at all, and etc... As we said, time stops = everything stops.

Still, no matter what, you can't stop time, because it's not possible to travel at 100% the speed of light. You'll always move a tiny fraction below that ultimate speed limit, and so you'll always experience at least some progression of time.

In a unbalanced match, this is the main factor for victory. Stand jumping, avoiding attacks from the longer Time stop user will make them waste their own seconds and stamina. If you catch them without any seconds in a favorable position you might be able to kill them.

If you stopped time, all light and sound would stop, too.

Time freeze is a visual effect, created by a multiple camera array, to give the illusion of frozen time. All the cameras are triggered simultaneously , and the resulting material in converted to motion, achieving the frozen time effect.
