Theme park tickets for children between three and nine years old cost slightly less than the adult tickets for Guests ages 10 and over, and children ages two and under don’t require a paid ticket at all to enter Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. The parks work on an honor system regarding the ages of young Guests, so Cast Members typically don't request proof of age for a child. Other than a theme park ticket for a child ages three or older, there is no need to bring along any form of identification for your kids. I do know families with little ones who are exceptionally tall for their ages who've taken along a birth certificate copy just in case, but in my personal experience, I've never seen a Cast Member question a child’s age or ask for documentation.

Please keep in mind that your child’s photo may be taken by a Cast Member upon first entry to a theme park so they can be identified for re-entry to the parks since tickets are nontransferable.I hope this answers your question, Nirav.
