At the time of writing there is no confirmed end date for Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4, however, dataminers such as Hypex on Twitter (see below) who has already confirmed an end date for Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4.
Assuming the info is correct, Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 will end on December 3, 2022. Of course, it’s entirely possible that the game’s season is extended, so do be sure to check back closer to the time (November 2022 onwards) for updated information as it becomes available.

Will Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 4 Have A Live Event?
Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 ended with the traditional Fortnite live event, but before that, Chapter 3 Season 1 didn’t have a live event and neither did Chapter 3 Season 3.
So there’s no way to know for sure until closer towards the end of the season itself. Normally with clues and files datamined by leakers in the lead up to the event itself.
We would hope and imagine that Season 4 will end with another colossal-sized event similar to the size and scope of the Collision which ended Season 2.
