Since Hawkmoth (Gabriel Agreste), wears his miraculous always, so that means Nooro is always present there, too, so without a kwami, miracolous don't work, so why doesn't Nooro run away to Cat Noir and Ladybug and tell them the truth about Hawkmoth?
I think that the owner of the miraculous has a limited power over the Kwamis like in sandboy Gabriel silenced Nooroo and Kwamis kinda need to obey their masters
He can't run away, a Kwami can't disobey his holder as long as he/she knows his/her name. Tikki and Plagg can go far away because their holders don't treat them as servants, but as friends. But if a holder says to his Kwami that he is not allowed to run or to talk, then the Kwami is forced to obey.
I had a question too! in sandboy, Gabriel has the power to silence nooroo… anyone who owns miraculouses….(Adrien MArinette) they have the power to make their kwamis do whatever they want, since, the kwamis are bound to their miraculous and owners right?
Remember when the kid was akumatized into that nightmare guy? well in that ep we saw him try and run away, but he can only be like 3 feet away from Gabriel at all times?
He can't run away, a Kwami can't disobey his holder as long as he/she knows his/her name. Tikki and Plagg

Nooroo continues to still care about Gabriel in "Miraculous Shanghai", when he voiced concerns about him messing with the Prodigious' guardian to the point of advising him to give up fearing Mei Shi's wrath, which he had a right to be scared, as Gabriel akumatizing him led to them both being eradicated.
Nooroo is a knowledgeable, helpful, and nice kwami. Though he reluctantly succumbs to Gabriel's demands to help him get the Ladybug Miraculous and Cat Miraculous, he is distressed that he is helping someone use the Butterfly Miraculous for evil reasons.
In a climactic battle against Hawk Moth, chaos befalls Paris, and the Eiffel Tower crumbles. Ladybug loses her Miraculous gem, and Cat Noir suffers injuries. Astonishingly, Hawk Moth discovers Cat Noir's true identity as his own son, Adrien, leaving him in shock.
At the end, he lost the Butterfly Miraculous, acquired the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses and brought his assistant Nathalie back to life; resulting in the universe being re-created and Gabriel sacrificing his life and joining his wife Emilie in the afterlife.
Duusu is a major character of Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir. She is the kwami of Emotion who is connected to the Peaco*ck Miraculous. With her power, Duusu's wearer can use the brooch to transform into a peaco*ck-themed superhero.
This version of Lila is likely based on the popular fan theory that Lila will become the future Hawk Moth alluded to in the episode "Timetagger" this is even implied in the series and the events of Timetagger are referenced in the fic.
He shook hands with Cat Noir after being saved by him and Ladybug. He also notices both Cat Noir's and Adrien's rings and appears to become suspicious. In "Gorizilla", he did begin to suspect that his son is Cat Noir and acts upon these suspicions by akumatizing Placide I.T.and sending him after him.
Gabriel Agreste, born Gabi Grassette, better known as Hawk Moth (Le Papillon in the French version, which translates to "The Butterfly"), is the main antagonist of the Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir franchise.
Duusu is able to fly, levitate, phase through solid objects, and carry objects that are larger and/or heavier than him. As a kwami, Duusu has and can give the power of emotion and is able to transform the holder of the Peaco*ck Miraculous into a peaco*ck-themed superhero or supervillain with the power of Amokization.
Gabriel has proven time and time again that he is a terrible father to his son, Adrien. Gabriel constantly neglects Adrien's needs, isolates him from the rest of the world, risks Adrien's life repeatedly, and even akumatizes Adrien to get what he wants.
Finally, Gabriel reveals to Nathalie that he was holding a digital copy of the book, then entering his lair and trasformed into Hawk Moth, intending to take Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculouses and realizing his secret wish.
Lila's dad is Tom, but Tom is unfaithful to Lila's mom. He cheats on Lila's mom and they get divorced. He meets a woman named Sabine who has also just gone through divorce and Tom realizes what he did wrong. Sabine and Tom start dating and marry, but Sabine is pregnant with her previous husband's child.
However, some if not all of his actions towards Adrien were because he was overprotective. Giving his son a rare hug. To some extent, he did openly seem to care for his son, wanting to get him a birthday present in "The Bubbler" despite not choosing it for Adrien himself.
After his wife Emilie went missing, he used the Butterfly Miraculous to turn people into villains. He was set on stealing the Ladybug and Cat Miraculouses in order to obtain absolute power and his "secret wish." In pursuing this, however, he turned his back on his son, Adrien.
