Top 10 People Who Can Defeat Giorno Giovanna, because f**k you and people are saying he beats all of fiction.
Number 10. TWOH and Novel Kars.
GER may be the strongest canon JoJo character, but he cannot defeat these guys. Whether you believe TWOH has infinite speed, or that he has acasualty, you must admit that he can bypass RTZ. Also, Novel Kars may not be able to beat Giorno himself, he would be able to see and understand GER, creating GER Ultimate, who would certainly be able to defeat his weaker counterpart.
Number 9. Sonic The Hedgehog (Games)
Haha Super Sonic go brrrrrrrrrrrrr
Number 8. Sonic The Hedgehog (Archie Comics)
Unfortunately for Giorno, Sonic has plot manipulation and fate manipulation. He wouldn’t even need his Super Form.
Number 7. Alien X (Ben 10)
Alien X is the strongest character in Ben 10, and has existence erasure, along with Reality Warping and his Acasualty makes him immune to RTZ.
Number 6. Mario (Mario)
Reality Warping, Plot Manip, Fate Manip
Number 5. Bowser (Mario)
Basically the same thing as Mario
Number 4. Solaris (Sonic ‘06)
Despite being from one of the worst Sonic games in history, he is beyond 3D existence and has reality warping and existence erasure.
Number 3. Bugs Bunny (Loony Tunes)
Yes, you read this right. Bugs Bunny. Bugs F**king Bunny. This guy is so powerful and ludicrously so, that the VS Battle Wiki didn’t even bother to make a page, and somebody from the Joke Battle Wiki had to do it for him. Bugs Bunny is able to pull out a pencil and simply erase Giorno with the eraser. He could hop out into the animation studio, and change the script so that Bugs is the winner.
Number 2. The One Above All (Marvel Comics) and The Writer (DC Comics)
Even though Bugs is so incredibly strong, he isn’t as strong as The One Above All. Take the definition of omnipotence and just make it more omnipotent, and you get The One Above All. The same goes for The Writer.
Honorable Mention. Tusk Act 4
While Tusk Act 4 is most likely the second strongest character in JoJo, his abilities simply aren’t enough to get through RTZ. He was close, but he wasn’t close enough.
And finally…
Number 1. Everybody from the Cthulhu Mythos. Literally every single one.
I am not sure whether or not RTZ can protect Giorno from going mad. If it does not, then literally every single being in the Cthulhu Mythos defeats Giorno. If it does, then that removes only most of the cosmic entities, which are the weakest of all the beings. The rest of them are so beyond the scope of Giorno’s reality that he, GER, and not even RTZ itself can comprehend it. Everybody but the Cosmic Entities has Acasualty so powerful that they work on a different and irregular system than cause and effect. The Outer Gods simply transcend the concepts of cause and effect. As for how exactly they defeat Giorno, they simply do nothing, and let Giorno’s knowledge of there existence overwhelm him, driving his mind mad, and watching as he descends into madness. As for the Outer Gods, they simply exist and Giorno no longer exists. The only person who doesn’t defeat Giorno with such little effort is possibly Azathoth, as waking up is harder then existing, but when he wakes up then it does not matter as the rest of the Outer Gods along with Giorno will cease to exist.
